InnoReg Online Platform

With extensive experience in scientific events planning, we have developed our own online registration system InnoReg.

InnoReg creates an information website of the event with registration / authorization and a Personal Account of the participant.

In your Personal Account, you can upload abstracts, pay registration fees (in different currencies and prices), pay for any additional services, book hotels and access to your online events.

Personal Account of the participant specially for your event.

We design the participant’s Personal Account directly for your event, with unique fields and functionality.

You can submit abstracts in the format of an attachment file (PDF, TeX, Word), or through an online editor, with the ability to upload images, formulas, add co-authors, place of work, and generate a PDF file for download in your Personal Account.

A system of notifications from the Event administrator has been developed for the convenience of filling in the Personal Account forms.

Payment of registration fees and additional services (excursions, banquets, etc). Reports.

Registration fees are paid by card or by bank transfer (generated automatically) with the possibility of setting different prices and currencies depending on the participant’s country. The system for uploading reports allows the Organizing Committee to get all the data on participants registrations, payments, abstracts, sections and other necessary information.

Booking and payment of hotels at special price in the Personal Account.

For your event, you can add hotels, rooms of your choice and set their prices. Set additional services – banquets, excursions. Control the payment.

Online events directly in the participant's Personal Account.

All online events held within the InnoReg platform are available immediately after payment (or without payment) in the participant’s Personal Account. No additional software or switching to third-party resources is required.

Online format events support up to 100,000 viewers (with the ask a question to speakers function) and up to 10 speakers on one screen at the same time. Broadcasts can go in parallel in several streams.

Payments are accepted in dollars, euros, and rubles. You can assign different service costs for different currencies.

Information website with registration.

The system creates an information website with registration and authorization. A single window of access to your event’s Personal Account with the necessary information, announcements, and news.

Any languages of the Personal Account.

Personal Account supports Russian and English, but you can add any number of other languages you need, even the rarest ones.

Easy collection of abstracts via form / file.

We have developed a convenient mechanism for uploading abstracts – an online editor, through which you can add text, images, co-authors and place of work. Get a PDF file of the abstract. Or download the abstracts as a PDF, TEX, or Word file.
